  Kohl's is one of those stores that run frequent 40%-off sales on items whose regular prices are about 40% higher than they should be. This location (Blue Ash, OH) seems to carry more items from the lower-end of its quality spectrum, with the emphasis on national economy brands (Sketchers, Dockers, Carter's) and Kohl's house labels (Croft & Barrow, Sonoma, Food Network), and because the store is not huge but includes departments for everything from lingerie to toys to small appliances, selection for any one type of item is limited. But it's a good place to go if you need to get in and out of the store quickly, because every time I've visited (usually on weekdays), it has been nearly deserted.
